Refund policy
At Baby Sign Bibs™, we want you and your little one to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and exchanges policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are:
- In their original, unused, and unwashed condition
- In the original packaging
If you’d like to return your bibs, please contact us at info@babysignbibs.com with your order details. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@babysignbibs.com
- Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges for Damages and Issues
We’re happy to exchange your Baby Sign Bibs if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product is faulty or damaged
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at info@babysignbibs.com with your order details and photos if applicable so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, used or washed bibs cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Returns
If you are returning an order from an international location (i.e., outside of Australia):
- You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, including customs or import fees.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
